1 General Provisions & Definitions

This document sets out all the terms and conditions governing use of the j77jj platform ("Platform", "Site", or "j77jj"). These terms ("Terms") take effect as a legal agreement between you and j77jj from the moment you access the platform.

Definitions

• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on the j77jj platform or is using the site.
• "Platform" — the j77jj website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Account" — the user's registered profile through which all platform features can be accessed.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To cash out the bonus, you only need to wager 25 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Winnings earned using a bonus will first be deducted from the bonus balance.
• If bonus abuse is detected, j77jj reserves the right to suspend the account.
• The terms of other promotional offers will apply separately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

General Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same person.
• Transactions using third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• j77jj reserves the right to investigate and hold any suspicious transactions.
• Providing incorrect information during a transaction carries the risk of funds being lost.

5 General Betting Rules

The j77jj platform offers a variety of games including casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting. The following rules apply to all bets.

Casino Game Rules

• Each game's own rules apply, as stated in the game interface.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, it will be resolved in accordance with j77jj's established policy.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's logs will be considered final.

Sports Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with j77jj's decision.
• Decisions regarding betting limits and markets are entirely at j77jj's discretion.

6 Prohibited Activities

If a user engages in any of the activities described below, j77jj reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate the balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering an account by providing false information.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent of abusing bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using any automated software, bots, or programs.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Using the platform for illegal money transactions or money laundering.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or engaging in fraud.
• Filing chargebacks or fraudulent claims against j77jj.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities without reporting them to j77jj.

7 Limitation of Liability

j77jj makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable service. However, j77jj is not responsible in the following situations:

• Loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Problems caused by unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• Issues arising from the actions of third parties (game providers, payment providers).
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their own login details.
• Complications arising from providing incorrect information on the account.

j77jj always operates in accordance with applicable law and is committed to ensuring fair play.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

j77jj may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Refusing to verify identity or providing false documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Detection of bonus abuse.

Closure at the User's Request

Users may request the closure of their account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining real money balance will be provided (bonus balance will be cancelled).

9 Responsible Gambling
